DELETE
Remove a customer's developer fee

What this endpoint does

Removes the developer fee override for one of your customers, so the customer falls back to your global developer fee.

When to use it

Use it when a customer no longer needs a fee different from your global schedule.

Before you call

Requires a secret API key plus a recent second-factor (MFA) confirmation from the signed-in user — a request authenticated only with an API key is refused with 403 step_up_required. In practice, remove the override from a console session. Pass a customer ID owned by the same tenant account; a customer that belongs to another account returns 404.

Money and balance effect

This does not debit a wallet immediately. The customer’s conversions struck after the change are charged your global developer fee.

States and completion

A successful response returns override: null. In-flight transfers keep the fee captured for them.

Safe retries

DELETE does not use an Idempotency-Key. Removing an override that is already absent returns 200 with override: null, so a retry is safe. Read Developer settings for the complete workflow.
